新型コロナウィルス感染拡大抑止のための事業継続指針 Business Continuity Plan against COVID-19

我が国においても新型コロナウィルスの感染が拡大しつつあり、社会・経済は凍結に向かっていますが、弊社では全ての事業・業務を通常通り継続します。この非常事態が長期化することも見込まれる中、大切な人を守りながら、社会・経済を維持するため、弊社では「新型コロナウィルス感染拡大抑止のための事業継続指針」を策定しました。

 

1. 始業前の検温、外出から戻った際の手指消毒・うがいを励行します。
2. 打合せは、BIMxやテレビ電話を活用することで極力遠隔化します。
3. 直接の打合せを行う場合は、可能な限りの対策をとります。具体的には、
• マスクを着用する。
• 打合せ場所の換気をよくする。
• 議題を絞り、打合せ時間を最小化する（電話やメールで済む内容は極力議題から外す）。
• お茶等の提供は控える。
4. 業務上の会食は当面控えます。
5. 電話・メール・FAXは通常通り対応します（郵送は事前にご連絡下さい）。

 

国民一丸、地球一丸となって、この難局を乗り切る必要があると認識しております。関係者の皆様におかれましては、ご理解とご協力のほど、何卒宜しくお願い致します。

The infection of COVID-19 is now expanding also in Japan. Though the society and economy are going to freeze, we will continue all business and operations as usual. Preparing against prolongation of this emergency, we have developed the "Business Continuity Plan against COVID-19". We have to protect important people and maintain society and economy.

 

1. Thermometry before starting work, hand disinfection and gargle when returning to office.
2. Adopt teleconference as much as possible, using BIMx and videophone.
3. When meeting face-to-face, take all possible mesures. In particular,
• Wear a mask.
• Ensure adequate ventilation.
• Make the discussion simple and minimize the meeting time.
• Not offer tea and so on.
4. Refrain from business dinners and lunches.
5. Handle telephone, E-mail and FAX as usual. (When using post, please contact us in advance.)

 

We think that it is necessary for the people all over the world to work together and overcome this difficult situation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
